The Legends GoTime is a great piece for those solo/lead and upper register players who prefer a grip rim. It has an inside diameter of .620″ and a shallow bowl shaped cup, which is a great combination for upper register work. It has the Legends LA (medium focused) backbore, which is a commercial backbore with great sizzle, core, and enhanced upper harmonics. This mouthpiece has all the elements of a high-compression lead mouthpiece with the added advantage of a grip rim. A rim that slips can cause an airy sound when tonguing.
