Description
The Legends GIR 17S is based on a scan of a vintage two-piece Giardinelli 17S with the traditional gold screw rim. The GIR 17S is one piece, with an inside rim diameter of 0.610″, and a shallow bowl shaped cup, identical to the original. The throat is a #27, and the backbore is a Legends S. This mouthpiece was once sought after by lead trumpet players as a comfortable and reliable workhorse in the upper register. Legends Brass is glad to make it available once again to the trumpet world.
