The rim is round on the inside and medium on the outside. The cup is medium shallow (similar to a Bach D).\u00a0The rim and cup design are very similar to the original, but that is where the similarity ends. The throat on this piece is a #27, enhanced throat cylinder length, and the backbore is a Legends S. These changes improve endurance, range and sound for most players. There are four similar L-AC models, each geared toward different playing styles.
