Description
This mouthpiece has a soft, round rim that is very comfortable for the player. It has a high alpha angle for a gentle slope into the cup. The cup is medium to medium shallow, similar to Bach C/D. The entrance to the throat is rounded to allow plenty of air flow for a nice big sound. Customers that have played the RI have described it as being similar to a Marcinkiewicz 12.4. It is not a copy of that piece, but has a similar rim and cup. The Legends RI has a #27 throat, the Legends enhanced throat cylinder length, and Legends S backbore.
