Shipping
Legends Brass ships worldwide. Shipping inside the United States is through USPS Priority or UPS. International shipping is through DHL, UPS, or USPS. Shipping fees for available shipping options will be calculated during the checkout process, and customers may choose their preference. All tariff and customs charges will be the buyer's responsibility.

*Please note that Legends Brass has no connection or affiliation with any shipping carrier. If a package is lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong place, the customer should contact the shipping carrier directly.
Return policy
Mouthpieces may be returned. The first return will be refunded in full. All subsequent returns will be subject to a minimum $30 restock fee. If the mouthpiece shows signs of obvious wear, the fee may be higher. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and this strict return policy is necessary in order to keep prices low. The restock fee is meant to discourage excessive returns by mouthpiece grazers. However, we will work with serious buyers to the extent possible to make sure in advance that your questions are answered and you are comfortable that you are purchasing the mouthpiece that will be perfect for you!

Custom mouthpieces, tops, and backbores are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason due to the personalized nature of these pieces.

To return a mouthpiece, contact us using the form on this page. We will give you the mailing address and answer any questions.
Payment Methods
Customers will be given the option for several online payment methods during the checkout process. PayPal is the most frequently used option. Orders are not shipped until payment is received.
Where will Legends Brass ship?
Legends Brass ships worldwide. Domestic (CONUS) shipping is through USPS Priority or UPS. International shipping is through DHL, UPS, or USPS. Shipping fees for available shipping options will be calculated during the checkout process, and customers may choose their preference.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If the product you order is in stock, it will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours. USPS Priority Mail delivery times are usually 3-5 days.

If the product you order is in stock, but you want gold plating, it will take about two weeks for the order to ship to you.

If you order a product that is not in stock, we will make it to order. This usually takes 8-10 weeks. If you also want gold plating, it will add two more weeks, for a total of 10-12 weeks. This process will not begin until payment is received.

Of course! Just send us your email address using the contact form on the home page. We contact our customers occasionally with special discounts. And of course we never share or sell your contact information!
